With a 50º degree day looking very possible in next weeks forecast here in the Twin Cities, that means it's warming up out there, and those snow piles are turning into slush.
Could Jack Frost really be packing up his snow already, and heading north (Maybe it's too good to be true?) Either way, enjoy the warm weather while it lasts--
grab your blenders, because it's time for Jack Slushies!
Ingredients
2 oz of Vodka
.5 oz of Blue Curaçao
1 oz of lemon or lemonade
3 oz of Prosecco
1 cup of ice
Directions
Rim the glass with sugar by running a lemon wedge on the rim of the glass, and dipping into sugar.
Blend ice cubes to get a slushie consistency, and pour into rimmed glassware.
Combine vodka, blue curaçao, and lemon into a shaker and shake over ice.
Pour over the slushie, and top it off with Prosecco.
Garnish with a lemon and enjoy immediately.
