T-STORMS DEVELOP this evening to the west and fill in and move eastward. This is separate from the afternoon/thunder. The Twin Cities can expect possible strong storms between 9pm and midnight.
And on the cold side of the system scattered rain and snow showers. Accumulation will be limited south but far northern Minnesota could see significant snowfall again.
